Gabi Kochlani has been in the Music Industry primarily as A&R, for over 2 decades now. She has served the position of Director A&R in Universal Music for a few years, before she founded The Grey Administration. She is presently engaged as the Director, A&R here.
Julie Tan has set her foot in the music industry as a college representative for MTV Networks, and from there on, artist relations has been her focus.
Equally skilled as a business development professional, she has held title of Director for Sales and Marketing at AEA Ribbon, before she assumed the Chief role here.
Two-time Emmy winner Lars Deutsch, is a magnet in the music industry as a heavy metal guitarist, singer, songwriter and international performer of his classical works.
A Masters in classical composition, Lars lectures in composition and audio production. His three hundred films / commercials have won him over one hundred awards.
Known for her DIY ethic, extensive grass roots touring, as well as wearing many different hats in the music business, Vanessa Silberman is a singer, guitarist, record producer, engineer, an entrepreneur and A&R.
She presently runs her own label Diamond Heart Production, which was named “1 of 11 LGBTQIA+ and women-owned labels that are changing the music industry”, by Alternative Press Magazine, in 2021.
