Gabi Kochlani has been in the Music Industry primarily as A&R, for over 2 decades now. She recently served the position of Senior Director A&R at Universal Music for the last 4 years, before she founded The Grey Administration at the top of 2023. Gabi continues to focus on community building to help foster talent and facilitate creative collaboration, while being purposely driven to influence positive culture and art.
Julie Tan set her foot in the music industry as a college representative for MTV Networks, and from there on, artist relations has been her focus.
Equally skilled as a business development professional, she has held the title of Director at Line6, Behringer, TC Helicon, etc before she assumed the Chief role at AEA.
Two-time Emmy winner Lars Deutsch, is a magnet in the music industry.
A Masters in classical composition, Lars is a speaker / expert for composition and audio production. He scored and mixed 400 films and commercials and produced and mixed countless artist around the world.
Vanessa Silberman (Record Producer/ Songwriter / Owner- A Diamond Heart Production)
Known for her DIY ethic, extensive grass roots touring, as well as wearing many different hats in the music business, Vanessa Silberman is a song- writer, singer, guitarist, record producer, engineer, an entrepreneur and A&R!
Vanessa presently runs her own label A Diamond Heart Production, which was named “1 of 11 LGBTQIA+ and women-owned labels that are changing the music industry”, by Alternative Press Magazine, in 2021.
